Redline Flight Expert XL

Coming in slightly larger and 4 lbs heavier than the Flight Pro Expert, The Expert XL is designed for riders of a slightly taller stature than the average kid. For those serious shredders falling between 4-8” and 5-5”, the XL is just the ticket for scraping some substance from the wild blue yonder.

The XLs top tube is ½ inch longer and the BB is ¼ taller than the standard Expert, making it just the perfect size for those bantam weight adults who make up so much of the demographic of free-style BMX. Taking measures to reduce the weight of this larger design, Redline offers with the XL a super-light but strong R6 aluminum race fork, which should be plenty for whatever abuse the rider has in mind. The handlebars are also R6 aluminum, giving one the impression that Redline had center-of-rotation in mind as well as overall weight when designing the XL.

Other specs carry over from the rest of the Flight Pro line, including aluminum SB cassette hubs with hollow chromoly axles, reliable 32H Sun double wall rims, ISIS alloy 3pc cranks and sealed bearing BB for power transfer and platform stability on landing. Tioga tires and a full Tektro brake system with mesh casing make sure Stop is always matched perfectly to Go.
