The Proline Expert XL has aluminum platform pedals on 3 piece cranks, with a 39-tooth chainwheel and aluminum cassette hubs with a 14 tooth freewheel. Tektro 930AL linear-pull rear brakes bring this bike to a quick halt when applied.
