Redline RL 5.1

Redline RL 5.1

You have been riding bikes since before you could walk. You have gone backwards down a mountain at higher speeds than Lance Armstrong will ever hit on the Tour de France, and you are on a first name basis with every sponsor in the business. Think youre ready to step up to the best?

If so, then it may be time to pony up the requisite cash and take a serious look at the Redline RL 5.1. If youre in the market for one of the best rides in the universe, then surely youre already familiar with Redlines historically high standards and the Mack truck toughness of their frames. So, well just skip that part, and look at what it is that makes the 5.1 so special.

First, the only components on the entire bike made of anything other than high-strength chromoly are the pedals, the plastic brake cable liner and the seat cushion. There are precious few vehicles in the world that can make such a claim, the most common of which being 300mph Nitro funny cars. Device Alloy Sealed Bearing Cassette Hubs with 9T Drivers keep things rolling smoothly, and only chaining the 5.1 to a tree could hope to pull things to a stop quicker than the full Tektro braking system.

Are you really that bad? Do you really need the tactical-nuke packing potency of the Redline 5.1? Well, if youre asking, then you probably already know the answer.
