It is built for speed and performance it is also a great first racing bike for medium sized racers who are looking to get on the track and win some races. However it is built strong and light enough to deal with the rigors of neighborhood riding, therefore this bike is a good idea for any bike rider.
The Nitrus has a lightweight heat-treated 6061 aluminum frame with a fillet down tube gusset. It has Tektro alloy linear-pull brakes and tubular chromoly three piece cranks. The Nitrus also has DB Sound alloy platform pedals with steel traction pins and chromoly axles. The rims are 36 h aluminum rims and competition style tires.
Overall the Nitrus is a high performance bike with top of the line technology and parts. It does not come assembled so you must be ready to build the bike, so make sure you have all the necessary tools to build the bike.
The Nitrus is a high performance racing bike that has a mid-level price ticket. It cost close to three hundred dollars online and a little more in stores, depending on the dealer.
I would not recommend buying this bike for someone that has never owned a bike, but I would for someone that enjoys riding daily that wants to be fast and look good on the bike. I also would recommend this bike for someone looking to start out in bike racing, a first timers dream.
