Fit TRL3

The TRL 3 from FIT is one of those market oddballs, what that means is this BMX is too cheap for what it is. It is a complete bike a sensible choice for intermediate and beginner riders, even the pros will take one of these little guys and kit it out to get the maximum capabilities out of it. It is a good solid little runner with quite a light frame, it is made for the ramps and you can tell when you take your first ride on one. You can feel the TRL 3 is light the moment you step down on the pedals, the low frame could get you max points on those grinds.
Specs – A very light 4130 Chromoly frame designed by FIT, fork is also 4130 to take a 20” wheel. The crank is a good solid Chromoly with a tubular arm, very comfy for your footing with the S&M made 101 peddles in black. There isnt much you would want to do the TRL 3 if you are not an experienced rider, you are pretty good to go, the freewheel is a 9T bearing driver flowing nicely with other components such as the new FIT F.I.F. tires, Alienation Black Sheep 36 H Doublewall rims, set in a black of course.
The seat stem is steel micro adjust and is probably one of the strongest out there on a non-custom bike, sat on top of the stem is a black vinyl ECCD seat made by FIT. The Tektro U-Brake is a coil spring system making it very reliable and safe; they are easy to adjust if you need to for any reason.
Conclusion – The TRL3 is an all round performer, you may give it a tune up and turn it into a custom but there is absolutely no need, some say this is the Aitken S3 frame on a re-run, which is also a very nice frame, and if it is then its even more of a bargain. This is a smooth ride, free flowing with lots of air between the frame giving the TRL 3 the dynamic qualities you need to hit those ramps!
