Haro Pro 24

The Haro Pro 24 has what they call a “hard race seat.” Let that soak in for a second. Whereas most 24” bikes are designed for smoothness and comfort over long distances, this bikes seat is practically a 2x4 on a stick, and is far from ergonomically designed when it comes to long distance cruising.
This seeming contradiction was produced simply because people asked for it. As one of the more democratic companies in the BMX universe, Haro hears its customers and obeys. Though most of us cant understand the use behind a Cadillac monster truck, some people seem to get it and gladly support the Pro 24.
As with all of Haros Pro line, the 24 sports a super-stiff T-6061 chassis, with Chromoly race forks and a 3-piece alloy crankset (measuring a stout 175mm in this model.) Model specific changes from the Pro line include those tall and strong Alienation PBR rims, Intense Micro Knobby tires to grind tectonic plates to mud, a 48/18 freewheel for greater torque capacity, and SINZ super stick grips. And a really hard seat.
Though this bike is indeed a seeming contradiction in terms, but in some respects so is all of BMX.
