Haro X2

The X series from Haro used to be considered “starter” bikes by many hardcore enthusiasts, but oh how times change. Unlike most of its competitors, Haro has taken the same tack as many automotive manufacturers do in that its offerings have a history of evolving over time into ever more sophisticated machines.
Take the X2 for example. Once considered simply on par with others of its class, the X2 has risen above its plebian roots to become something truly special. Built on a derivation of the time-tested X1 frame, the X2 represents more than an option package on its classic brother. The frame of the X2 has been subtly re-designed to allow it to accomplish its aerial destiny, while the hard components that make a bicycle work have been selectively upgraded to make the most of its heritage.
In addition to the X-Series standard Chromoly cranks, cable detangler and Wienmann 36H rims, the X2 adds in a full loose-ball type drivetrain, chromoly front forks and 990-style U brakes for a subtle but overall improvement in performance and safety.
Its the BMW M3 approach: subtle improvements to every part of the machine that add up to a new and better experience overall. Dollar for dollar, the X2 may well represent the best bang-for-the buck talent exploiter on the market today.
